We want to grow the business to service the tourism market (Villa companies, AirBnb’s, hotels etc). We need funding for marketing & additional admin support. There is also room for growth to expand our service to other holiday destination hotspots like Plettenberg Bay. This will require recruitment, training nannies & marketing.

Project Focus Area 1: Marketing strategy & processes for Nunanny in Cape Town

Focus Area 1 Project objectives:

• Form strong B2B relationships with high end businesses servicing the tourism industry – Specialized travel agencies, villa companies, hotels, AirBnB management companies etc
• Increased earning potential for nannies with families who are spending longer periods in Cape Town (digital nomads)
• Increased employment of nannies which results in greater social impact

Jamie will be available to meet & answer any questions from students. We work remotely but will arrange to meet at a shared working space in Cape Town.  We can also arrange for a few nannies to be interviewed. Students can have access to more info through our database and online platforms.

Project Focus Area 2 : Preparing the business for franchising

An ongoing objective of the business is to grow to service other holiday hotspots outside of Cape Town such as Plettenberg Bay. This would include:

• Further standardization of our current screening process.
• Including trainings/workshops in these areas.

Looking into franchising down the line.
