Mario greets us on a busy street filled with passing traffic. A noticeable improvement can be seen in the shelving and the display of products which are now more visible from outside the shop. He indicated that he still has to do more work inside the shop including painting and increasing his product range to attract more customers. A major tool which has helped Mario is the bookkeeping template which he uses to record his inventory. ‘’I can now see my profits’’, he said.

As it is the winter season, Mario said that people tend to buy what they need and leave the streets much earlier as it gets dark quicker. Therefore, he does not have many customers after dark at the moment, but hopes to see foot traffic increase as spring sets in.
