5. Asha : Eleven
Olivia is feeling quite positive and happy about Asha : Eleven. She says sales took a dip during the early Easter holiday, but since the launch of a new collection in June, and the opening of a new store in Johannesburg, sales are back to summer levels again.
Olivia also mentions how helpful the breakeven tool has been – she is actively using it on a regular basis, especially considering the uncertainty of market trends.
Asha is now hitting sales targets – and has a fantastic new store manager. Of course, some challenges remain, including in human resources and the systems flow between Cape Town and Joburg.
She is very grateful for the work done by the Imperial College team.
