Jody is extremely grateful for her Imperial College experience. The team’s work made a tangible difference, and Rock Paper Scissors saw a marked increase in sales (especially in March, with a 13% growth peak).

Jody says she has implemented and adapted most of the recommendations that the team has formulated. Being a bit technophobic, she struggled a bit more with the website and uploading pictures, and would love to spend one small session with one or several Imperial team members to feel more at ease and overcome what she refers to as her “mental block”.
