Using the team&#8217;s suggestions as a roadmap, the business is following a staged expansion plan, starting with consolidating its Ghanaian operations before expanding into other countries like C\u00f4te d&#8217;Ivoire and eventually the broader African market.<\/p>\n<p>Progress is deliberate rather than rapid, partly because the business needed to build capacity first, including hiring additional staff for the showroom to handle increased customer traffic as expansion efforts ramp up.
