They have 12 communal houses across Cape Town, 2 community clinics and have recently opened a caf\u00e9.\n<strong>Project Information<\/strong><br \/>\nProject title: Support NOAH&#8217;s community expansion\n<p>Overall project description:<\/p>\n<p>The client has recently acquired a historic building in Woodstock, and aims to repurpose it into a thriving community caf\u00e9 hub. Over the past six months, the building has been operating as a caf\u00e9, but with suboptimal performance due to misaligned branding, marketing inefficiencies, and operational challenges. The goal is to conduct a feasibility study to assess the potential for repositioning the caf\u00e9 to cater to a younger, trend-conscious demographic while maintaining community engagement and financial sustainability.
