9. Kovix Handmade

Nana reports steady, positive progress at Kovix. The financial tools provided by the Imperial team have been particularly helpful for tracking performance against previous months and supporting project projections. Using the team’s suggestions as a roadmap, the business is following a staged expansion plan, starting with consolidating its Ghanaian operations before expanding into other countries like Côte d’Ivoire and eventually the broader African market.

Progress is deliberate rather than rapid, partly because the business needed to build capacity first, including hiring additional staff for the showroom to handle increased customer traffic as expansion efforts ramp up. Nana expects that within the next 16 months, the business will be in a much stronger position to demonstrate concrete results from the plan.

Nana extends his heartfelt thanks to the team, acknowledging the effort, research, and sacrifice behind their work. “You are going to see the results, and I am sure you are going to be proud”, he says.
